ORDINANCE NO. NS-2345
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2200 NORTH GRAND AVENUE FROM THE
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICT (Ri)
TO THE ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL ZONE DISTRICT (C5)
(AA NO. 97-07)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 97-07 has been filed to
make certain changes in the zoning district designations of
certain property located at 2200 North Grand Avenue as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has
determined that the change in use district designation proposed in
the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public
necessity, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AiqA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain real property located at 2200 North Grand
Avenue and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the
Ri (Single Family Residential) district to the C5 (Arterial
Commercial) district.
2. Amended Sectional District Map number 6 5-9,
above described change in use district designation,
