/~N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1111 EAST MCFADDEN AVENUE FROM THE
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICT (Mi) TO
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 66 (AA NO. 98-12)
AND ADOPTING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 66 FOR
SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-12 has been filed with
the City of Santa Ana by The Cambodian Family to change the zoning
district designation of certain real property located at 1111 East
McFadden Avenue, and more specifically de,l~eated in Exhibit 1,
attached hereto and incorporated herein b~re\[erence, from the Mi
(Light Industrial) Zoning District tq,.~.~ SBk No. 66 (Specific
Development) Zoning District, and t.o/~,~Sp~cific Development
Plan No. 66, in the form set fort~/~n¢~l~t 2,~attached hereto
and incorporated herein by refe/nce~'~ereina~ter set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. The SD (Specific Development) district designation and
Specific Development Plan No. 66, as proposed in Amendment
Application No. 98-12, are hereby found and determined to be
consistent with the General Plan of the City of Santa Ant and
otherwise justified by the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare.
2. That certain real property located at 1111 East McFadden
Avenue and designated in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the
Mi (Light Industrial) zone district to Specific Development No.
66.
