NS- 2370 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3401, 3501 AND 3503 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD FROM THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE DIE- TRICT {M1) TO THE PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ZONE DISTRICT (P) (AA NO. 98-11) WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-11 has been filed to make certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain property located at 3401, 3501 and 3503 South Harbor Boulevard, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has determined that the change in use district designation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain real property located at 3401, 3501 and 3503 South Harbor Boulevard and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the Mi (Light Industrial) zone district to the P (Professional Office) zone district. 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 34-5-10, showing the above described change in use district designation, is hereby approved. ADOPTED this ]gth day of Qcf~ber , 1998. ATTEST: Ja~e C.
