ORDINANCE NO. NS- 2395
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON SOUTH
CYPRESS AVENUE FROM THE MULTIPLE-FAMILY
RE~ID~NC~ ZON~ DISTRICT (R3) TO T~ ~IN~L~-
FAMILY RESIDENCE-PARKING ZONE DISTRICT (Ri-B)
(AA NO. 98-09)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-09 has been filed to
make certain changes in the zoning district designations of
certain property located at 2040 South Cypress Avenue as hereinaf-
ter set forth; and
WHEREJtS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has
determined that the change in use district designations proposed
in the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public
necessity, convenience and general welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA /INA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain real property located at 2040 South Cypress
Avenue and designated in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the
R3 (Multiple-Family Residence) district to the R1-B (Single-Family
Residence-Parking) district.
2. Amended Sectional District Map number 19-5-9, showing the
above described changes in use district designations, is hereby
approved.
