NS- 2401 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3601-3631 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD AND 3651 WEST SUNFLOWER AVENUE FROM THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICT (M1) TO THE PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ZONE DISTRICT (P) (AA NO. 99-05) WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 99-05 has be~n filed to make certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain property located at 3601-3631 South Harbor Boulevard and 3651 West Sunflower Avenue, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has determined that the change in use district designation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain real property located at 3601-3631 South Harbor Boulevard and 3651 West Sunflower Avenue and designated in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the Mi (Light Industrial) zone district to the P (Professional Office) zone district. 2. Amended Sectional the above described change approved. District Map number 34-5-10, showing in use district designation, is hereby ADOPTED this 7th day of September , 1999.
