RESOLUTION NO. 52-1
RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS
UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5056 of the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha, dated the 20th day of August, 1981, pursuant
to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California,
and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City
of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public
Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council
did declare that the following curb along a public highway in the
City of Santa Aha be painted green and bear a legend in white
letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking
shall be ten (10) minutes, as provided in Subdivision "F" of
Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was
thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above
described on the following curb, to-wit:
EAST FIFTH STREET
On the North side between Bush and Spurgeon Streets,
located as follows:
The East 47.4 feet of the West 57.5 feet.
AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon
and eliminate that certain ten-minute parking zone as above
described.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing ten-
minute parking zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to cause the ~aint on said curb to be removed
or covered.
