RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASE~IENT DEED
'~EREAS, CLARA E. HiLL and CLIFFORD R. HILL, as Guardian
of the Estate of 0ttilie I. Jiles, also known as 0tillie I. giles,
Incompetent, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed
dated November 9tn, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain
resl property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, Otate of
California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across the
following:
The Westerly Oeven feet of Lot 15 in Block "B"
of "Tract No. 284, Chanticleer Nanor", as shown
on a Nap recorded in Book 14, pages i and 2 of
Niscellaneous Naps, records of Orange County,
California.
This deed is executed by CLIFFORD R. HILL, as Guar-
dian of the estate of 0TTILIE I. JILES, also ~nown as
OTILLIE I. gILES, Incompetent, pursuant to and in con-
formity with an order made November 9th, 1951, by the
Superior Court of Orange County, California, a certified
copy of which order is recorded contemporaneously herewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Redorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa
Ann at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of January, 1952.
