RESOLUTION NO. 52-9
RESOLUTIOh~ ESTABLISHING TI~,{E LIMIT PARKING ZONE
UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
FOLLOWS:
That pursuant
the State of California,
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS
to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
and pursuant to the provisions of 0rdi-
nance No. 1050 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance
of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways
within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does
hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway
in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted green and shall bear
a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum
time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as provided
in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and
the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be
painted as above described, on the following curb, to-wit:
EAST FIRST STREET
On the South side between Oak and Hickory Streets,
located as follows:
The East 20 feet of the West 133 feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the
