RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASE~EIV2 DEED
%%TIEREAS, GEORGE M. SA~krDSTRO~,~ and DORIS E. SANDSTRO~,~, husband
and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
January 16th, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real
property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of Call-
fornia, described as:
An easement for drainage purposes over a strip of land
5 feet in width in the Northeast querter of Section ll,
Township 5 South, Range l0 West, S. B. B. & ~. and lying
West of and adjoining the following described line:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the land described
in the deed to George ~. ~andstrom and wife by deed recorded
November~th, 1951 in Book 2259, page 195 of Official Rec-
ords. Said Southeast corner being in the center line of
Washington ~venue, 26i feet ~est of the Southwest corner of
Tract No. 758, as shown on a ~ap recorded in Book 23, page
26 of Miscellaneous ~aps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, thence North along the East line of said land described
in said deed to Sandstrom and wife and its Northerly extension
160 feet.
Excepting therefrom that portion included within Washing-
ton Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~oOLVED. That the City of 3anta aha
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinebove de-
scribed. The City Olerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1952.
