RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE NAYOR AND CITY
CL~K TO ~CUTE THE CONTRACT BETW":~ SAID CITY AND COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
AND DIRECTING TEE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ARRANGE FOR THE
ASSIGNMENT OF THE CONTRACT lET UNDER PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BY
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WITH GLADDING, McBEAN & CO. FOR VITRI-
FIED CLAY PIPE IN BEHALF 0F THE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED: That a contract for the preparation of con-
struction plans and specifications for the trunk lines of County
Sanitmtioa District Number 0ac of Orange County, California by the
Engineering Department of the City of Santa Aaa, California, has been
prepared and is herewith presented to the Council of the City of
Santa Ann, and is hereby approved, and the Mayor of said City, and
the City Clerk are hereby directed to execute the same, said agree-
meat bearing date of January 23, 1952.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City, under prior authoriza-
tion, has let a contract for vitrified clay pipe to GLADDING, McBEAN
CO. on behalf of County Sanitation District Number One of Orange
County. The Administrative Officer of said City is hereby directed
to arrange for the assignment of said contract to said District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ann
at its
regular meeting held on the 4th day of
February, 1952.
