RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LI~,~ITATIONS
UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1050
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicls
Cods of the Stats of California, and pursuant to the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha,
sntttled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha Regulating
the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted
April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that
the following curb along the public highway in the City
of Santa Ana shall bs painted Yellow, as providsd in
subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said 0rdinancs No. 1030,
and ths City Enginser is hsreby dirsctsd to cause said
curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit:
NORTH ROSS STREET
On ths West side between Fifth and Sixth Streets,
locatsd as follows:
The North 30 fest of ths South 104 feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the City Council of ths
City of Santa Aha, at its regular meeting
hsld on the 18th day of F~bruary, 1952.
