HomeMy WebLinkAbout52-018Requested by Taylor & Thornton RESOLUTION NO. 52-18 RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LI:/fITATIONS U!,TDER ORDINANCE ~0. 1030 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway in the City of Santa Aha shall be oainted green and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as pro- vided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of sa~d Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: WEST FIFTH STREET On the North side between Ross Street Avenue, located as follows: The West 18 feet of the East ~ feet. and Van Ness PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular held on the 18~h day of February, meeting ATTEST: City'C~M · ~ Deputy ( ) I I IIII IIII II lil l III ~ T Ii ill Iii City of Santa Aha at its regular held on the 18th da~T of February, vote, to-wit: STATE OF CALIFORNIA) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS CITY OF SANTA ANA ) I, ERNL~ KEELEd, City Clerk and Ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the meeting 1952, by the following (sE L) AYES, ~ ~ ~ Orson H.
