RESOLUTION N0. 52-20
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT
PROVIDING FOR RENTAL OF FACILITIES OF JOINT 0UTFALL SEWER
WITH THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
WHEREAS, heretofore the necessity of providing the City of
Newport Beach use of the ocean outfall for disposal of sewage pro-
duced in the City was recognized and in order to do so, land dis-
posal of sewage from the inland Cities and Sanitary Districts would
become necessary during periods of peak flow;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the agreement between
the City of Newport Beech and the Cities and Sanitary Districts of
the Orange County Joint 0utfall Sewer is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the same for and on behalf of the City of Cants Ann.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ann at its regular meetio~ held on the 18th day of
