RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR CROSSING OF
PACIFIC ELECTRIC TRACKS ON ORANGE AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City
of Santa Aha are hereby authorized and instructed to execute an
application to the Public Utilities Commission, requesting the
granting of a public crossing of the Pacific Electric tracks on
Orange Avenue below Adams Street in the City of Santa Ana, Cali-
fornia.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City hereby agrees to pay
the cost of such crossing to be constructed by the Pacific Elec-
tric Railway Company provided that the total cost thereof not ex-
ceed the sum of $3500.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the
