RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE AND EXECUTION OF DEED
TO REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the CITY acquired title by tax deed to the Westerly
33 feet of Lot l0 in Tract No. 581 as shown on a map recorded in
Maps,
Book 19 at Page 37 of Miscellaneous Records of Orange County by
deed recorded in Book 1003 at Page 53 end which deed was accepted
by Resolution No. 2663; and
WHEREAS, there is no access to said Lot and the owner of the
Easterly 100 feet of said Lot has made an offer to the CITY OF
SANTA AMA which said offer was accepted by the CITY on May 5, 1952;
NOW, ThEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City does hereby
quitclaim all of its right, title and interest in and to the real
property hereinabove described to PAUL S. S0~TERWINE and RUBY S.
SOV~ERWINE, husband and wife as joint tenants, for the sum of Fifty
Dollars ($50.00) and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to execute a quitclaim deed to said property,
conveying the same to said purchasers and to deliver said deed to
the purchasers upon receipt of the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).

California, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim
to PAUL S. SOWERWINE and RUBY S. SO~WINE, husband and wife as
Joint tenants, the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California~ described as:
The Westerly 33 feet of Lot l0 in TraQt
No. 581 as shown on a map recorded in Book
19 at Page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, ~ecords
of Orange County, California.
