RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASE~NT DEED
WHEREAS, ALICE A. LIPPS, an unmarried woman, survivor of
herself and of JACK F. LIPPS, her deceased husband, has presented
to the City Council, an easement deed dated June 12, 1952 conveying
an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa
Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for Street Purposes over and across the follow-
ing:
The Westerly six (6') feet of Lot One (1) in Block "G"
of Tract 252 as per map thereof recorded in Book 13,
at Page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said
Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ana ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ann at
its regular meeting held on the 7th day of July, 1952.

I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that i am the City Clerk of
the City of Santa Ann and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of the
City of Santa ann; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and read to the said Council at its regular meeting held on the
7th day of July, 1952 and was at said meeting regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
