RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, S. L. JONES and MARGARET JONES, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated June 4,
1952 conveying an easement for sanitary sewer purposes upon, over
and across that portion of the real property situated in the City
of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
That portion of Block "A" of the Dresser Tract, as
per map recorded in Book 12 at page 83 of Miscella-
neous Eecords of the County of Los Angeles, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of
Poinsettia Street, 45.00 feet wide, with the westerly
extension of the northerly line of the southerly 17.10
feet of Lots 9 and l0 in Block ll of the Subdivision
of Blocks l0 and ll in the Town of Santa aha, East, as
per map recorded in Book 24, at page 76 of Miscellaneous
Records of said County of Los Angeles; thence Westerly
along said extended line 137.45 feet, more or less, to
the northeasterly line of the 100-foot night of Way of
the Southern Pacific Railroad Company; thence South-
easterly along said northeasterly line to a line which
is parallel with and distant Southerly, 10.00 feet,
measured at right angles, from said extended line; thence
Easterly along said parallel line to the said west line
of Poinsettia Street; thence Northerly along said west
line to the point of beginning.
NOW, Tli~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 7th day of July, 1952.
