RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASE~ENT DEED
WHEREAS, NETROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a New York Corpor-
ation, has presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
July 7, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
The Westerly five ~5) feet of Lots 15, 17, 19, 21, 23
and 25, Block "C", Tract 245, as shown on a map thereof,
recorded in Book 13, at Page 22, Miscellaneous Maps, Eec-
ords of Orange County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County ~ecorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 21st day of July, 1952.
