A RESOLUTION FIXING, ESTABLISHING, AND DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE A PORTION OF MAPLE STREET WITHIN THE C1TY
OF SANTA AMA
$~HEAS, heretofore the City of Santa Ana acquired certain prop-
erty hereinbelow described and the same has been improved and used
and is now used as a part and portion of that certain public street
k~own as Maple Street within said City;
NOW, TH~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That all of that real property
in the City of Santa ann, County of Orange, State of California des-
cribed as:
The North Fifty-five feet (55') of Lot l, B16ck J of Tract
284 as per map thereof recorded in Book 14, at page 2 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County
Be and the same is hereby designated and declared to be a public
street within the City of Santa ann, California and the same shall
take the name of the street of which it is a part and it is hereby
fixed, established and named as Maple Street in said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ann at
its regular meeting held on the 21st day of Jul~ ..,
1952.

duced and read to said Council at its regular meeting held

larly passed and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
