RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO EASEMENT DEEDS
Wn~m~EAS, EARL 0. CONRAD and MARION V. CONRAD, husband and wife,
and EARL 0. CONRAD, Jr. and JOANNA CONRAD, husband and wife, have
presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated October 24, 1951
conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City
of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An Easement for street purposes over and across the following:
The Westerly 7 feet of Lot Seven and the Westerly 5 feat
ef Lot Eight in Block "G" of Tract No. 252, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 13, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California,
and
WHEREAS, JOHNJ. FULV.ENWIDER and KATHRYNM. FUIIENWIDER, husimnd
and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
June 30, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property
in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as:
An Easement for street purposes over the Westerly 5 feet
of Lot 9 in Block "B' of Tract No. 245, as per map thereof
recorded in Book 13, page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac-
cepts said deeds for easements across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deeds to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ann at
its adjourned
1952.
