RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO EASE~EI?~ DEEDS
WHEREAS, SHERMAN DOTSON and HELEN E. DOTSON, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 14,
1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the
City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, described
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 7
feet of the South 36.5 feet of Lot 2, and the Westerly 7
feet of the North 17.5 feet of Lot 3 in Block "B" of Tract
284, as per map thereof rec:orded in Book 14, pages i and
2 of ~iseellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; and
WHEREAS, FRED V0~ and IDA S. VOLLMER, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 30,
1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the
City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 7 feet of
Lot 8 and the Westerly 7 feet of the North 7~ feet of Lot 9 in
Block "B" of Tract No. 284, as per map thereof recorded in Book
432, page 252 of ~iscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na ac-
cepts said deeds for easements across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City 01erk is hereby instructed to cause said deeds to
be recorded with the County Hecorder of Orange County, California.
