RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicl~
Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa
Aha, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha
Regulating the Use of Public Highways within said City",
adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby
declare that the following named intersection within the
said City of Santa Aha, hereinafter described, is hereby
declared to be a stop intersection within the meaning
contemplated and intended by the Vehicle Code of the
State of Caltfo~nia:
The intersection of CYPRESS STREET and
EDING~R STREET, and all traffic on CYPRESS
STREET shall stop before entering the
intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council
City of Santa Ana at its regula~
