RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, WALTER C. COLLINS, a single man, and GRACE FULLER
VANDEN~RG, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed
dated 0etober 28th, 1952 conveying an easement a~ross that cer-
tain real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1. The East 25.00 feet of Lots B3 and B4, as shown
on a Map of Dean's Addition to the City of Santa Ann filed
in Book l, page 21 of Record of Surveys in the office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County.
PARCEL 2. The West 25.00 feet of Lots A2 and A3, as shown on
a Map of Dean's Addition to the City of Santa Ann filed in
Book l, page 21 of Records of Surveys in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County.
NOW, TB_~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aaa ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
