RE~OLUTION NO. 52-99
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA A~NA ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM
DEED QUITCLAIMING TO THE CITY OF SANTA
AMA CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR THE USE
A/~D BENEFIT OF THE CITIES OF SANTA ANA,
AN~EIE, FULLERTON AND OBANGE FOR SEWER
~wPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer purposes; end
WHEREAS, some of the owners of said property herein named
haws offered to quitclaim all of their right, title and interest
in said hereinafter described real property to the City of Santa
Ana for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim,
Fullerton and Orange, all municipal corporation~ for the sum of
$15.O0; and
WI~AS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana finds
it is for the benefit and best interest of the Cities of Santa Ana,
Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange to accept said offer and purchase
the interest of said parties in said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana that the offers of Abe Kern, formerly known
as Abe KuJawsk~v, also known as Abraham KuJawsky, Rita K. Lezinsky,
formerly known as Rita KuJawsky, and Hattie K. Zeimer, formerly
known as Hattie KuJawsk~y, to quitclaim to the City of Santa Ana
for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim,
Fullerton and Orange all their right, title and interest in and
to the following described property situated in the County of
Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
All of Lot "J" and all that portion of Lot
"I" and Lots 46 to 50, inclusive, of Tract
223, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 14,
page 26 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, lying Easterly of
a line parallel to and 30 feet measured Westerly

at right angles from the Easterly line of
said Lots 46 to 50, inclusive, and the South-
erly extension thereof.
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa
Aha, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange and that the City of Santa Ana
accept a quitclaim deed of the above named parties in and to said
property.
