RESOLUTION NO. 52-101
A RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~HE CITY OF SANTA .~A ACCEPT.
ING A GRA~T OF EASEMENT FOR S~W~R PURPOSES.
WR~REAS,
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
poses, to-wit: An easement for sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, two of the owners of said property have
the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, is desirous
for public pur-
offered to grant
to the C~ty of Santa Aha, for the use and benefit of the Cities of
Santa Aha, Anaheim, ~llerton md Orange, all municipal corporations,
their successors and assigns, the full and free right to construct,
reconstruct, operate and maintain a sewer line or lines known as the
Joint Outfall Sewer for the conveyance of sewage, and waste water to
the Pacific Ocean, together with all and sundry other rights, uses and
appurtenances necessary for the construction, reconstruction, opera-
tion and maintenance of sewer line or lines of the said Joint Outfall
Sewer on, upon and under and across the parcel of land described be-
low, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from the
said property at any and all times for the sum of $~00.00; and
~¢~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, finds it for
the b~nefit and best interest of the Cities of Santa Aha, Anaheim,
Fullerton and Orange to accept said offer and purchase sa~d right-of-
way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana that the offer of Thomas Van Talbert and Gwendolyn Reeves
Talbert aka Gwendolyn R. Talbert to grant to the City of Santa Aha for
the use and benefit of She Cities of Santa Aha, Anaheim, Fullerton and

70 and 30 feet Westerly therefrom at right

cellaueous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, lying Easterly of a line parallel
to and 30 feet measured Westerly at right
angles from the Easterly line of Lot 46 of
said Tract No. 223."
be and the same is hereb~ accepted by the City Council of the City
of San~a Ana for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa Aha,
Anaheim, F~llerton and Orange and that the City of Santa Aha accept
a conveyance of said property.
Further, that the said sum of $200.00 be deposited with the
