RESOLUTION REQUESTING AN ALLOTMENT
UNDER THE PROVISIONSOF CHAPTER 47,
STATUTES OF 1944, AND A~ENDING RE-
SOLUTION NO. 52-90.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana adopted
Resolution No. 52-90 on October 2, 1952, designating H. M. Neighbour
to
as authorized agent to submit an application/the Director of Finance
requesting an allotment under the provisions of Chapter 47, Statutes
of 1944; and
WHEREAS, the estimated total cost of plans shown under Paragraph 5
of said resolution, and the amount requested from the State under
Paragraph 4 of said resolution were in error;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Paragraph 4 of Resolution
No. 52-90 adopted on October 20, 1952, be and is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Local Agency submit
the aforesaid application to the Director of Finance and/
or the Post War Public Works Review Board, as the case may
be, requesting allotment of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
and Five and 81/100 Dollars (~2,505.81) being not more
than one-half the cost of preparing said completed plans,
or for such amount as may be approved by the Director of
Finance and/or the Post War Public Works Review Board
(Said allotment to be used for the purpose of defraying
the cost of preparing said completed plans required), for
a specific project to be undertaken by local agency and
described as "Construction and Reconstruction of Bristol
Street Bridge and Urban Street Pavements";
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Paragraph No. 5 of Resolution No. 52-90
adopted en October 20, 1952, be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the estimated cost of
preparing such plans is Twenty Five Thousand Eleven
and 02/100 Dollars ($28,011.02) and that Local Agency
has made provisions for paying one-half or more of
the cost of preparing such plans";
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha,
at its regular meeting held on the i,l~th day of ..... December ,1982.
