RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
Ws~REAS, CLYDE O. MUSSACK and EMMA LOUISEMUSSACK, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
October 31, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real
property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as:
That portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 30, in Township 5 South, Range 9 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the tract of land
granted to J. A. Goetz by D. W. ~mmett by deed dated February
5, 1921, and recorded in Book 391, at page 372 of Deeds,
records of said Orange County; thence North 466.69 feet to
the Southeast corner of Tract No. 159, as per map thereof
recorded in Book ll, at page 49 of Miscellaneous Maps, rec-
ords of said Orange County; themce West along the South line
of said Tract No. 159, 97 feet; thence South 466.69 feet to
a point in the center line o~Dyer aoad, said point being
also in the Southerly line of said Tract of land granted to
J. A. Goetz hereinbefore mentioned; thence East 97 feet to the
point of beginn~ng.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof previously
granted for Dyer Road;
NOW, TP~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
