RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEmeNT DEED
%SiEREAS, THE CO~V~RCIAL NATIONAL B;~M OF S;~TA ANA, a corpor-
ation, has presented to the City Council an easement deed dated
September 2, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real
property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Weeterly 7 feet
of Lots i and 2 in Block "A" of Tract No. 638, as per map
thereof recorded in Book 19, page 17 of ~iscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

regular meeting held on the 16th day of February, 1953.
