RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, ENRIQUE CAMPOS and LEONOR CAMPOS, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council~ a grant deed dated January 28,
1953 conveying that certain real property in the City of Santa
Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot One in Block Two of Tract No. 39,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 9, page 37 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
lying North of a line drawn from the ~outhwest corner
of Block One of said Tract No. 39 to the Southeast cor-
ner of the land conveyed to the Delhi School District
by deed recorded February 9, 1915 in Book 236, page 282
of Deeds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City
Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of March, 1953.
