RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F SANTA ANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa
Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha
Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said City",
adopted April 6[ 1936, the City Council does hereby
declare that the following named intersection within the
said City of Santa Ana, hereinafter described, is hereby
declared to be a stop intersection within the meaning
contemplated and intended by the Vehicle Code of the
State of. California:
The intersection of CHESTNUT STREET
and LYONS STREET, and all traffic on
CHESTNUT STREET shall stop before
entering the intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha at its regular, meeting
held on the 2nd day of Narch ,1955.
