SCHROEDER and BE~iENE SCHROEDER, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 3, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa nna, County of Orange, State of California de- scribed as: That portion of Lot 10 of the Bates Tract, as per map thereof recorded in Book 1, page 96 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 10, said East line being the center line of the 40.00 foot street as shown on said map along the East side of said Lot 10, said point being distant South 0° 38' 10" ~Vest 2~8.16 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 10; thence continuin~ along said~Ea~t line South 0° 38' 10" ~'~est 123.20 f~et; thence South 89v 50' 00" West 30.00 feet; thence North 0° 38' 10" East 12~.20 feet; thence North 890 56' 00" East 30 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT therefrom the East 20.00 feet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~ne ac- cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described. ~'he City ~lerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of 0ranEe County, California.
