RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEmeNT DEEDS
V~HEREAS, MODESTO MONTA}~Z and GUADALUPE HO~.XITA~.~Z, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
March 2, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real pro0erty
in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An Easement for Street Durposes over: The '.~esterly 40 feet
of Lot 16 in Slack Q of E~aett's Addition No. 3, to South
Santa Ane, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 8,
at page 55 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
~0~, T~NREFORE, BE IT ~SOL~S~D: That t~e City of Santa Aaa ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the prooerty hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said dead to
be recorded with the County ~ecorder of 0r~n{e County, California.
