RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
W~EEEAS, the BOHEMIANDISTRIBUTING COMPANY, a California Cor-
poration, has presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
March 23rd, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real
property in Rancho Santiago de Santa Ann, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for sewer and storm drain purposes in and
over a strip of land in the North half of the Northeast
quarter of Section 15, Township 5 South, Range 9 West,
S.B.B. & M. in the Stafford and Tustin Allotment of the
Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha, said strip being 15 feet
on each side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point 379.5 feet South of the center
line of East First Street (60 feet widel, on the Southerly
extension of the Easterly line of Hathaway Street, as said
Street is described in the deed to the City of Santa Ana
recorded April 12, 1923 in Book 462, page 3~3 of Deeds,
Orange County; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly
line of First Street ~01.9~ feet more or less to a point
in the Westerly line of the land described in the deed to
Bohemian Distributing Company, recorded October 22, 19~S in
Book 1718, page 479 of Official Records.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion included within the 50
foot right of way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway Company.
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: T~at t~e City of Santa Ann
cepts s$id deed for easement across the property herelnabove de-
scribe. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be r~corded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the ~ity of Santa
Ann at its regular meeting held om the 6~h day of
