RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WMEREAS, SANTANA, INC., a Corporation, has presented to the
City Council a grant deed dated April l, 1953 conveying that certain
real property ia the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 30 in Tract
No. 1608 as per map thereof recorded in Book ~8 at Pages
21, 22, 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, Eecords of Orange County,
State of California, running thence westerly along the
North line of Lot 30 in said Tract 1608, 71.00 feet to an
angle point in the boundary line of said Lot 30; thence
southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 30,
17.00 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly in a straight
line to the point of beginning.
ContainiDg 511 square feet more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City
Clerk is hereb~ instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the
Cemnty Recorder of Orange County, Californxa.
