RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
~VH~REAS, ALICE M. BEAMS and GEORGE W. BEAMS, wife and husband,
have offered a grant deed dated September 19, 1952 to the CITY OF
SANTA ANA, in consideration of the payment to said Grantors of the
sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Oollars ($750.00) net, conveying that cer-
tain real property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, ~tate
of California, described as:
All of Lot 9, Olock G, South Santa ~na as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 5, at Page 43, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County;
EXCEPTING the portion in the Southeast corner of said lot
conveyed to H. E. Huntington, Trustee, by deed recorded
June 7th, 1909 in Book 17~, page 258 of Deeds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na
accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City
Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 14th day of April, 1953.
