LINDSAY and EDITH M. LINDSAY, husband and wife, GEORGERASNUSSEN and ANNABEL RAS~USSEN, husband and wife, and MARY McF. HINDS, a married woman, have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated March 26, 1953 granting certain real property for street purposes in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California described as: That portion of Lot 12 of the Bates Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book l, at page 96 of Miscellaneous Record Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 5 of Tract No. 1357, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 41, at page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; running thence Easterl~ 5.01 feet along the South line of said Lot 5; thence South 0v ~2' 25" West, 50.05 feet to a point in the North line of Lot 4 of said Tract No. 1357; thence West 5o01 feet along said North line to the Northwest corner of said Lot $; thence North 0© $2' 25" East 50.05 feet to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Zna ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause the same to be filed with the Registrar of Titles in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California together with a copy of t~is Resolution. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1953.
