'~%U-IEREAS, B. L. I~ETCALF, a married man, as his separate
property, has presented to the City Council, an easement deed
dated March 3, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real
property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of Cal-
ifornia, described as:
An easement for road purposes over the following:
Beginning at a point on the West line of Santiago ~venue
30 feet west and 90.54 feet south of the intersection of
the center line of Santa Clara Avenue and the center line
of Santiago Avenue south of Santa Clara as shown on a map
of Tract No. 1529, recorded in Boo~ 45 at Page 5 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, State of Cali-
fornia; thence northerly along said west line of Santiago
Avenue 65.54 feet to the south line of Santa Clara Avenue;
thence westerly along said south line of Santa Clara Ave-
nue 16.53 feet to a point; thence Southeasterly along the
arc of a curve concave southwesterly, ~aving a radius of
272 feet through a central angle of 14u 16' 55" an arc
distance of 67.80 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the County Hecorder of Orange County,
California.
