OF DEED CONVEYING REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, heretofore, the City of Santa Ana advertised for
bids on certain real property and thereafter, one bid only was re-
ceived an~ the time for receiving bids was continued to the next
regular meeting of the City Council and said bid was increased to
$2~,000.00 which said bid was accepted and found to be the highest
and best bid offered for said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Santa Ann hereby
finds that the real property herein described is not necessary for
present or prospective use by said City for municipal purposes, con-
firms the sale heretofore made, accepts the bid hereinabove referred
to and hereby authorizes and direc:ts the Mayor and the Cler~ of the
Council to execute a deed and to deliver the same in escrow, the
conditions of said escrow to be those set forth on the escrow in-
structions heretofore approved and ordered signed; the deed herein
referred to from the City of Santa Ann, a ~unicipal Corporation to
ROBERT I. BROCKBANK and BESSIE L. B~0CKBANK, husband and wife as
joint tenants, to convey the City's title in that certain real prop-
erty in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California
and described as:
Lots Three and Five of the Main Street Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 3, page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, rec-
ords of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Santa Ann
at its

tion was regularly introduced and read to the said Council at its
