RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN PROJECT
STATEMENT AND APPROVING AND ADOPTING A BUDGET OF
EXPENDITURES FROM THE GAS TAX FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby delegates and authorizes HUGH M. NEIGHBOUR, the City Engineer,
to sign, on behalf of said City, the Project Statements showing
work to be done during the ensuing Fiscal Year and hereby adopts
the budget of estimated expenditure recommended to be made during
said ensuing Fiscal Year in the City of Santa Ana from the Gas
Tax Fund, also known as the State Highway Fund resulting from the
Highway Users Tax Fund as the same
estimatese
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That
are set forth in the prepared

prepare a certified copy of this Resolution for submission to the
State with the Budget Estimates and Project Statements.
