FOR SOUTH MAIN STREET WIDENING
WHEREAS, in the Matter of the Estate and Guardianship of HENRY
THOMAS FOUST, an incompetent person, being matter No. A-16~07 of the
Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of
Orange, on March 20th, 1953 an Order was made authorizing and di-
recting the execution and delivery of a grant of easement for all
road, street and highway purposes over certain property belonging
to said incompetent; and
WHEREAS, on March 20th, 1953 EMIL W. FOUST, Guardian of said
estate did make, execute and deliver to the City of Santa Aha, a
Municipal Corporation, his Guardian's grant of easement to certain
property in consideration of the sum of $1162.00 which said property
is in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California
and described as:
The Westerly 7 feet of Lots 5, 6 and 7 in Block A of
Tract 638, Furman Tract No. l, as per map recorded in
Book 19, page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, situated in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said grant of easement and the Cler~ of the Council is here-
by instructed to cause said deed, together with a copy of said Court
Order to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of June, 1953.
