Resolution of the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana approving memorandum of agree-
ment for expenditure of Gas Tax Allocation
for Major City Streets.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a memorandum
of agreement in accordance with a project statement submitted by
the City of Santa Ana for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to
cities for the fiscal year 1954, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, and desires to
approve the ss~e;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana that said agreement for expenditure of the gas
tax allocation to cities be and the same is hereby approved and the
Mayor and Clerk of the Council are directed to sign the same on
behalf of said City.
