WHEREAS, I~ARIE POULSEN, a widow, has presented to the City
Council, an easement deed dated June 15th, 195) conveying an easement
across that certain real property in the City of Santa ~na, County
of Orange, State of California, desc.ribed as:
An easement for street purposes over and across:
The Westerly seven feet of the following: Lots Five
and Six in Block "C" of Tract No. 284, Chanticleer Manor,
as shovm on a Map recorded in Book 14, pages i and 2 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove
described. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Hecorder of Orange
County, California.
