WHEREAS, NELSON R. SOUCIE and HATTIE 5~Y SOUCIE, husbsnd and
wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
October 24, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real prop-
erty in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across the following:
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot Seventeen and the Westerly 5 feet
of the North 7 feet of Lot Nineteen in Block "A" of "Tract
No. 245, McFadden Nome Place No. l", as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 13, page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
NOW, Th~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha,
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July __,
1953.
