WHEREAS, the FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN SANTA AMA, a national bank-
ing association, a California Corporation, has presented to the City
Council, an easement deed dated June 15th, 1953 conveying an easement
across that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across:
The Westerly Five feet of Lo. Thirteen and Fifteen,
in Block "B", Tract 245, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 1374, page 600, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
