WHEREAS, EARL S. YOUNG and EVELYN E. YOUNG, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated March 22,
1953 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
A strip of land 40 feet by 690.696 feet, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Halladay Street, as
described in the deed to the County of Orange, recorded in
Book 19~, page 304 of Deeds, records of said Orange County,
324.714 feet Northerly from the intersection of the center
line of said Halladay Street with the center line of Dyer Road
as described in deed to County of Orange, recorded in Book 274,
page 360 of Deeds, records of said Orange County; running
thence Northerly along the center line of said Halladay Street
690.696 feet to the Westerly extension of the Northerly line of
the land deeded to Earl $. and Evelyn E. Young on August 24,
1951, and recorded as Parcel l, in Book 2221, page 151 of Offi-
cial Records of said Orange County; thence Easterly at right
angles to the center line of said Halladay Street, along the
Northerly line and its Westerly extension of said land deeded
to Earl S. and Evelyn E. Young, 60 feet to a point; thence
Southerly along a line parallel with the center line of said
Halladay Street 690.696 feet to the Northerly line of the land
described in the deed to Todds Creamery Corporation, dated June
6, 1952, and recorded in Book 2370, page 220, of Official Rec-
ords of said Orange County; thence Westerly along said Northerly
line of said land conveyed to Todds Creamery Corporation to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Halladay Street pre-
viously granted.
NOW, ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the bounty Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the 0ity of Santa
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July.,
1953.
