WItEREAS, heretofore by Resolution No. 53-99 , a deed from
the First National Bank in Santa Aha granting easement of the
Westerly five feet of two Lots on South Main Street for the purpose
of widening said Street was accepted; and
WHEREAS, there was an error in the description as it appeared
on said deed and in said Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That ~esolution No. 53'99
be and the same is hereby rescinded and declared wholly void; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
deed for easement for street purposes over and across that certain
real property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across:
The Westerly Five feet of Lots Thirteen and Fifteen in
Block "B" of "Tract No. 245, McFadden Home Place No. 1,"
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 13, page 22 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor of the City of Santa
Ana is hereby directed to sign amendment to the escrow instructions
to correct said legal description. The Clerk of the Council is hereby
instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
