WHEREAS, A. ~AMES AYERS has presented to the City Council of
Santa Ana, California, a grant of easement for right of way for
~oint 0utfall Sewer purposes, for the use and benefit of the Cities
of Santa Aha, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all Municipal Corpora-
tlons, on, upon, under and across the parcels of land described in
said easement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of
this Resolution by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Ssnta Aha,
acting for the aforesaid Cities, accepts said easement for right of
way and the property herein described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the 0ity Council of the Oity of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of Septembe~
1953 ·
