WHEREAS, HARVEY FRA~hlKLIN BENNETT, a married man, has presented
to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 30, 1953 conveying
an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the East line of Section 18, in Town-
ship 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Me~idian, in
the County of Orange, State of California, Southerly 753.81 feet
from the Northeast corner thereof; thence Westerly along a line
which makes an angle of 90° with said East line, a distance of 30
feet to a point; thence Southerly along a line which makes an
angle of 90° with/the last described course, a distance of one
foot to the beginning of a curve; thence ~outhwesterly and North-
westerly along the arc of a curve concave Northerly, having a
radius of 18.72 feet through a central angle of 146u 50' 30" an
arc distance of 47.98 feet to the beginning of a tangent; thence
Northwesterly along said tangent a distance of 327.84 feet to a
point; thence Southerly along a line parallel with the second ds-
scribed course, a distance of 146.26 feet to a point; thence South-
easterly along a line parallel with the fourth described course a
distance of 205.39 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence South-
easterly along the arc of a curve concave Southwesterly having a
radius of 560 feet through a central angle of 25° 54' 02" an arc
distance of 253.15 feet to a point; thence Southerly along a line
parallel with said East line of said Section 18, a distance of 20
faet to a point; thence Easterly along a line parallel with the
North line of said Section 18, a distance of 44.49 feet to said
East lire of said Section 18; thence Northerly along said East
line a distance of 309.84 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion previously granted for street
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove
described. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
