RESOLUTION NO. 53-149 ACCEPTING EASED~.NT DEED
~A~riEREAS, ~N~-MA D. MILLER has presented to the City Council, an
easement deed dated October 19, 1953 conveying an easement across
that certain real property in the City of Santa ~na, County of 0range,
State of California, described as:
An easement for the construction and maintenance of a sewer
main, public utilities, and surface drainage, over a strip
of land 50.00 feet in width, the center line of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Baker
Street with the North line of Tract 1&34, as per map thereof
recorded in Book 50, Pages &9 and 50, Miscellaneous ~Iaps,
Records of ~range County, California; runnin~ thence North
0° &2' 25" East l&0.83 feet; thence South 89 59' 22" East
279.80 feet, more or less, to a point in the East line of
that certain parcel of land conveyed to Anna D. Miller by deed
recorded July 21, 1919, in Book 286, Page 300 of Deeds, Rec-
ords of Orange County, California.
The side lines of said 50.00 foot easement to be extended or
foreshortened to intersect.
NOW, TIiEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deed for easement across the property nereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
