OF WAY
VfHE~EAS, L. L. CARDEN, Jr., as Trustee of the Trust of
¥~RCUS KUJAWSKY et al, has presented to the City Council of Santa Aha,
California, a grant of easement for right of way for Joint Outfall
Sewer purposes, for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa Aha,
Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all Municipal Corporations, on, upon,
under and across the parcel of land described in said easement, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution
by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na,
acting for the aforesaid Cities, accepts said easement for right of
way and the property hereinabove described.
PASSED ~ND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its
